Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Planner located in Bengaluru. The Retail Planner will oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, creating strategic plans for product placement, and collaborating with relevant teams to optimize retail operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Inventory Management
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in the Retail sector and understanding of consumer behavior
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
