Experience & Education:
- Previous retail experience is an advantage
- Administration experience is an advantage
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- Intermediate-level experience
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management
- Accurately process purchase orders for E-Commerce and Stores
- Ensure all order adjustments and updates are completed accurately
- Ensure packing lists are received from vendors before shipment and update purchase orders accordingly
- Close orders promptly once delivered
Product Data & System Management
- Maintain style sizing data and run reports for analysis
- Communicate sizing insights to Buying and QA teams
- Set up and maintain Fabric Content Tables
- Maintain Color Codes, Swing Tag and Label Codes
- Set up Master Story Board Collections
- Maintain and update Model Styles
- Update store attributes as required
- Maintain styles in draft mode
- Ensure overseas vendor templates align with local standards
Inventory & Stock Movement
- Transfer stock effectively from E-Commerce to stores as requested by Planners
