Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager / Operations Manager to support the Global Jordan Marketplace – Retail team. This role will lead cross-functional retail initiatives, ensuring projects move seamlessly from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in a retail, consumer products, or apparel environment and be highly proficient with Airtable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects within retail, consumer products, or apparel organizations.
- Strong experience creating and managing detailed project plans and workback schedules.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
