We’re looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and has a passion for helping customers find the perfect look for life’s biggest moments.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting dresses, accessories, and formalwear based on their style, event, and budget.
- Help customers in fitting rooms by zippering gowns
- Develop knowledge of designers and store inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling when needed.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion or formalwear experience is a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator.
- Passion for fashion and helping customers feel their best.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Available to work mornings, weekends, and during peak prom and bridal seasons.
