Sales Associate – Men’s Suit Store
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about men’s fashion and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Previous retail or men’s clothing sales experience preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently close sales.
- Knowledge of men’s suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes, and accessories.
- Ability to accurately measure customers for suits, jackets, pants, shirts, and tuxedos.
- Experience assisting customers with sizing, fit, and style recommendations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays if needed.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and point-of-sale systems.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suits and formalwear.
- Recommend styles and accessories based on customer needs.
- Take accurate measurements for custom or tailored suits.
- Ensure customers receive the best possible fit.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Process sales and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each purchase.
