At Clothes Mentor Mishawaka, we’re looking for energetic, dependable team members who are excited to help customers, buy gently used designer and name-brand clothing, or showcase our amazing inventory through creative social media content.
Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we’re searching for someone who wants more than just a job—we’re looking for future leaders who want to grow with our team.
What You Could Be Doing:
- Buying gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories from customers using our buying process (we’ll train you!)
- Providing outstanding customer service on the sales floor and at checkout
- Creating engaging social media posts, reels, and stories featuring new arrivals, trends, and promotions
- Uploading incoming products to our ecommerce platform
- Fulfilling incoming online orders and preparing them for in store pick up or shipping
- Merchandising and organizing the sales floor to keep the store looking fresh and inviting
- Processing inventory and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
- Helping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Working as part of a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has some weekend availability (required)
- Loves fashion and stays up to date on current styles and brands
- Enjoys creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Is outgoing, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers
- Has strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Learns quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Wants to grow into leadership opportunities, including Key Holder and potentially Assistant Manager
Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
If you have experience in customer service, fashion retail, resale, or social media content creation, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll provide training for the buying process and everything you need to succeed.

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
