Luxury Experts is currently recruiting several Sales Associates (m/w) on behalf of an internationally recognised Lifestyle brand for one of its boutiques in the greater Zurich area (City and Airport).

Your Mission
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll welcome customers, bring the brand to life and actively contribute to the success of the boutique through exceptional service and strong sales performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and engage with customers
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience
- Drive sales and contribute to boutique targets
- Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising
- Handle cash desk operations and daily boutique activities
- Support stock management and deliveries
- Perform after-sales services (SAV)
Your Profile
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong interest for watches & jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or design-driven brands
- Positive, energetic and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
- Fluent German and good English skills
- French or any additional language is an advantage
