Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Sprig is a clean beauty and clothing boutique. We specialize is makeup and skincare as well as styling women’s fashion. We do require a willingness to learn the cosmetics industry, makeup application and more. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties:
– Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
– Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
– Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining visual merchandising standards
– Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
– Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and closing sales
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
– Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
– love of makeup and fashion

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.75 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
