Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting apparel, shoes and accessories.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices to attract customer attention.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote a welcoming shopping environment.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly, especially for multilingual customers, to enhance their shopping experience.
- Available to work some weekends.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and assisting customers with their needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts to ensure efficient checkout processes.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
