We are looking for a Retail Sales Lead / Keyholder who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine love for styling and helping customers feel their best.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized, hands-on styling for customers (personal shopper approach)
- Actively engage customers and confidently drive sales
- Build complete outfits and make thoughtful product recommendations
- Support daily operations and keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing)
- Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail, styling, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Genuine passion for fashion and styling
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
- Confident in selling and making recommendations
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Available to work weekends and peak retail hours
We are willing to train the right person who is highly personable, motivated, and naturally strong in customer interaction and sales.
