Retail Sales Leader Jobs in Aurora at 3A App
- provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Prepare and display new merchandise.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Assists with inventory, including taking stock, receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store by following set guidelines
- Make shift schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including having an approachable and friendly manner.
- A flexible schedule.
- Experience working cash register.
- Abillity to manage Clover inventory a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
