Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail sales operations, including managing a team, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service and experiences, and maintaining a strong customer base. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Retail Sales and Sales skills
Inventory management skills and analysis.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong focus on customer experience
Experience in managing and leading a team
Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies
Positive and energetic attitude
Knowledge of ethical and sustainable fashion is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
