Carter Murray is excited to be working alongside a globally recognised retail brand on a Retail Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi.
Our client is a retail operations organisation covering perfumes, cosmetics, sunglasses and jewelry across 100s of brands in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of operational performance during designated periods
- Maintain a high-level overview while remaining engaged with day to day activities and team support
- Foster a strong customer first culture by motivating, coaching and supporting team members across all levels
- Drive performance against targets by monitoring key metrics on a personal and team level
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement effective improvement strategies
- Demonstrate strong leadership behaviours
- Promote team engagement and ensure operational and service standards are consistently maintained
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience leading a team
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to analyse performance data and deliver measurable results
- Ideally you will have worked in a duty-free environment before
