About the Internship
S.WEAR is excited to launch a 6-month internship program designed for ambitious individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion retail, sales, inventory management, e-commerce, and store operations. Interns will work closely with our team, learning the ins and outs of running a successful fashion retail business while contributing to real-world projects.
This is a performance-driven program—top interns may be considered for full-time roles upon successful completion.
What You’ll Learn & Do
1. Retail Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers in-store, providing styling advice and product knowledge.
Learn sales techniques, upselling, and closing deals.
Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions and returns.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Assist in receiving, organizing, and tagging new inventory.
Learn to use Visual Guest (or your inventory software) for stock tracking.
Participate in stock audits and replenishment processes.
3. E-Commerce & Digital Operations
Assist in processing online orders and managing Shopify (or your e-commerce platform).
Learn product listing, order fulfillment, and customer support for online shoppers.
Help with basic digital marketing tasks (social media, email campaigns).
4. Marketing & Merchandising
Support in-store visual merchandising and product displays.
Assist in executing promotions, sales events, and social media content creation.
5. Store Operations
Learn day-to-day retail operations, including opening/closing procedures.
Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
