A Dermalogica Retail Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where these results happen in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.
The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Therapist…. Could this be you?
Guide customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touchpoint to create a personalized experience.
Perform treatments as part of a skincare programme that includes both treatment and homecare to achieve goals, sharing your treatment plan with customers.
Form a partnership with customers, using your professional expertise and products to help them feel confident in achieving their healthiest skin.
Take ownership of monthly targets set for the location, including individual and location targets, and keep track of daily goals achieved.
Cover counter duties, including Face Mapping, to truly understand client needs, offer education, and empower customers.
Maintain the treatment area and other work areas in a professional manner, including stocking shelves and cleaning.
Do you have the below skills?
Hold an equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical, which is essential for maintaining consistent standards.
Possess a Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If not, Dermalogica will fund this training as part of your development.
Ideally have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG.
Be an outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
Have a passion for skin health that inspires others.
