We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
– Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
– Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
– Upsell products to increase sales revenue
– Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:
– Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
– Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
– Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customers (English and Bilingual)
– Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
– Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Ability to sell products persuasively
