Full Job Description
Madison’s Niche Boutique in downtown Huntington Village (not at the mall) is currently accepting resumes for Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
– Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store employees.
– Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
– Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
– Communicate effectively with customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues or complaints.
– Conduct employee orientation and ensure that all staff members are familiar with company policies and procedures.
– Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, opening, and closing procedures.
– Implement sales management techniques to drive revenue growth.
– Maintain a high level of store security and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills:
– Training development: Ability to create and deliver effective training programs for store employees.
– Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with diverse customer base.
– Sales: Strong selling skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and employees.
– Shift management: Ability to manage schedules and allocate resources effectively during different shifts.
– POS systems: Experience using point-of-sale systems for processing transactions accurately.
– Employee orientation: Knowledge of onboarding processes to ensure new employees are properly trained.
– Cash register operations: Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating cash registers.
– Sales management: Ability to implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
– Store management: Experience overseeing daily operations of a retail store.

Must have at least 1+ year in store management experience

Strong Visual Merchandising and Operations experience a PLUS++
Salary negotiable with experience and growth potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
