Markmerce company is hiring: (Retail store manager).
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet or exceed store targets.
· Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
· Monitor store performance metrics, analyze trends.
· Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered by all team members.
· Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment in coordination with relevant departments.
· Handle customer complaints or complex sales inquiries professionally and efficiently.
· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights to the store or regional management.
· Enforce store policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
– Experience:
+4 years of sales experience Preferably in (retail field)
– Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Skills :
– Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
– Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.
– Crisis management (staffing shortages, customer issues, etc.)
Working conditions:
Work Location: 12 Seif El Din, Jozief teto , B.tech street ,New Nozha, Heliopolis
Working hours: from 3 pm to 12 am
