Responsibilities:-
Store Operations:
Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Follow the operation time require from Company & Landlord.
Managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and implementing merchandising strategies.
Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.
Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Organizing promotions, displays, and events to attract customers etc POP materials provide from the company
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
Ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
Addressing customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Sell Out Management:
Managing the store’s budget and controlling expenses according to Company direction.
Monitoring sales figures and identifying trends.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting thru Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
Ensure Monthly target achievement
Other:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
Representing the store and company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
2 – 5 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
Strong customer service, management and communication skills
