Retail Store Manager Jobs in Dover at Robert’s Medical Uniforms
Role
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the store and its associates. Assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing plan to drive revenue into the store, including group customer opportunities.
- Product and customer management…handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes, including product inventory, salespersons, sales, etc.
- Recruitment, training and development of retail store associates.
- Determine work schedule for all associates, and responsible for ensuring all shifts are manned.
- Evaluating sales reports and customer feedback.
- Provide input on store layout…what, where and how goods are displayed, and maintenance of merchandise.
- Responsible for store inventory, and input on new items to stock.
- Responsible for balancing cash register and bank deposits.
Qualifications – Education
- Associates’s degree in sales/marketing, business management, fashion merchandising or equivalent, preferred.
- High school diploma, required.
Qualifications – Experience
- 5+ years of retail sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Experience in a multiple operation retail environment, preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
