Role Description
This full-time role as a Retail Store Manager is based on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will lead daily store operations, manage and motivate the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales and operational goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory control, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring visual merchandising standards align with the company's branding. Collaboration with the management team to enhance processes and meet targets will also be a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster positive client experiences
- Strong Communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interactions
- Experience in Store Management to drive performance and achieve operational goals
- Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard assets and inventory
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and retail operations management
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a similar retail management or supervisory role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field preferred
