Responsibilities include:
Basic store operation and Sales
-Checking out customers/upselling/cash handling
-Tagging/hanging clothing
-Cleaning/organizing sales floor/register area
-lifting/organizing large bags and bins of clothing
-dressing mannequins
-making phone calls to customers
Employee Training and Management
-Attending weekly management meetings
-Holding monthly team meetings
-Holding individual team member meetings periodically
-Employee scheduling
-Hiring/Training
Social Media Account Management
-Delegating social media creation
-Ensuring posts are being created/posted in a timely manner.
Store Organization
-Cleaning/organizing office/storage area
-Assisting in store layout planning
-Back stock systems/organization
Systems Tracking
-Completing weekly and/or monthly reports
-Assessing product sales and making purchasing recommendations
Important Qualities:

-Management experience in a retail setting, including supervising a team and overseeing daily operations
-Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control, and cash register management
-Experience in retail sales and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the overall shopping experience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
