Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dorval, QC, for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, maintaining effective store visual presentation, implementing loss prevention strategies, and addressing customer service needs to ensure a high-quality in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers and lead a team
- Experience with Store Management, including team leadership, sales performance, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain high employee productivity
- Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting
- An understanding of the home décor or window covering industry is a plus
