The Role
Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our retail boutiques. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, team development, and sales performance. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, a passion for luxury retail, and the ability to inspire and mentor their team to consistently deliver outstanding client experiences.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader, highly organized, and excels in a fast-paced environment. They thrive on coaching, problem-solving, and driving results, while ensuring every client interaction reflects the elevated Lisa Gozlan brand.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Lead all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a visually stunning, brand-aligned environment.
- Drive sales performance through goal setting, KPI analysis, and strategic action plans.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering growth, accountability, and engagement.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing mentorship, guidance, and hands-on support.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects Lisa Gozlan’s standards of service.
- Manage staff schedules, payroll, and labor optimization to maximize efficiency and results.
- Handle client concerns, escalations, and complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain operational compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior retail operations leadership on merchandising, marketing initiatives, events, and activations.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and motivated work environment that emphasizes teamwork, excellence, and professional development.
The Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail leadership experience (jewelry, luxury, or high-end fashion retail preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Strong business acumen, with experience analyzing retail metrics and using data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, proactive problem solver with a positive and professional presence on the sales floor.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and boutique layout strategies.
- Track record of creating a culture of engagement, teamwork, and high performance.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and styling, with strong product knowledge and an eagerness to continue learning.
- Proficient with retail technology systems (POS, scheduling, reporting platforms).
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
