Berytrade is expanding rapidly across Lebanon through Toys R Us, LEGO, and a growing portfolio of international brands.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our upcoming Toys R Us locations in ABC Dbayeh and ABC Achrafieh.
This role requires a leader who can drive sales, manage teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor KPIs including ATV, UPT, conversion, and overall store performance
- Analyze daily/weekly sales reports
- Execute promotions and seasonal campaigns
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff
- Build a strong performance culture
- Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity
- Conduct daily team briefings
Customer Experience
- Ensure outstanding service standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain an engaging shopping experience for families and children
Operations
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Coordinate with warehouse and buying teams
- Maintain store cleanliness and operational compliance
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and availability
- Track top-selling, slow-moving, and non-performing products
- Support replenishment planning
- Minimize shrinkage and stock losses
Reporting
- Submit regular performance reports
- Monitor competitor pricing
- Recommend actions to improve profitability
Requirements
- 3–5 years of retail management experience
- Experience in toys, fashion, FMCG, department stores is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
