Madame Cocofounded in 2011, the home textiled and home decoration products brand with over 400 international stores in 21 different countries.
For our first Madame Coco store inAlexandrium Mall.Opening July-2024. We are now recruiting a Store Manager who will be in charge of our team building meaningful relationships with our clients and of delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Act as a Brand Ambassador able to represent the image and the values of the brand in terms of standing, knowledges and contents. Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, maximizing sales opportunities and driving individual and team sales results. Prove Brand and product knowledge and be up-to-date with new trends and competitors. Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management ;
You will be inspiring your team to generate sales & profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience whilst ensuring the store is visually distinctive & impeccably maintained.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events.
Have previous experience within hospitality/retail minimum 2 years.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multi task under pressure.
Language proficiency:Dutch and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.
