As Korea’s No. 1 accessory brand, N.CAT goes beyond simple retail to create a ‘space’ that delivers joy to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the successful launch of our new location at Del Amo Fashion Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations & Sales: Execute sales strategies to drive store performance and meet goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of passionate staff members.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Inventory & Admin: Oversee inventory management and ensure smooth checkout/settlement processes.
- Headquarters Communication: Applying Korea HQ Reporting and Operational Manuals to Local Stores
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Experience: 1+ years of retail management experience.
- Operational Skills: Experience in labor cost budget management and scheduling software.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to mediate team conflicts and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Flexibility: Must be available for Mandatory Weekend Work, as well as flexible schedules including holidays and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move inventory boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. Suitable seating is provided during breaks or as needed per California law.
- Start Date: Scheduled for June 2026 (Includes pre-opening training and store setup period).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year(Exempt) (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

- 401(k) Retirement Plan with 50% Match up to 6%(For eligible employees)
- Paid Sick Leave (Up to 40 hours or 5 days per year)
