Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Retail Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our upscale environment. You will assist clients with contemporary clothing, accessories, and footwear, manage stock levels, and contribute to a friendly and engaging retail environment. If you have a passion for retail in a better contemporary environment, have experience with building relationships, clienteling, and enjoy interacting with customers, this position may be a fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Present product to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer knowledge.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by managing inventory levels and restocking product as needed.
- Ensure proper selling guidelines are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in contemporary or luxury retail or wholesale sales is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with women’s contemporary clothing brands
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
