Plugged is hiring a Fashion Sales + Content Creator
Located in Fort Lauderdale on Sunrise Blvd and US1 2 blocks from the beach
Plugged is looking for a stylish, outgoing, and motivated team member to help grow our store and brand. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of fashion, understands social media, enjoys connecting with people, and knows how to help create a great customer experience.
This role combines retail sales, styling, and content creation. We want someone who can help customers in-store, represent the brand well, and create or appear in social content that helps drive attention and sales.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide a strong in-store experience
* Help drive sales and build repeat customer relationships
* Assist customers with styling, product selection, and recommendations
* Create and/or appear in content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
* Post or help coordinate posts, stories, and promotional content
* Keep up with fashion, streetwear, trends, and what customers respond to
* Help maintain store appearance, merchandising, and organization
* Support brand growth through energy, ideas, and consistency
What we’re looking for:
* Strong personal style and fashion awareness
*Knowledgeable of high end brands and willing to learn/research.
* Comfortable on camera and familiar with social media
* Confident, friendly, and good with people
* Sales-minded with strong communication skills
* Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of clothing, styling, and current trends
* Retail, styling, or content creation experience is a plus
* A strong Instagram or TikTok presence is a plus
*Reliable transportation is a MUST.
