As a Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
Conducting retailstore operations, including opening and closing the location.
Actively participate in personal and team goal-setting processes. Your commitment to achieving these objectives will contribute to our salon and spa’s continued success.
Assisting in the training and mentorship of new team members.
Attend and actively participate in meetings with the General Manager and fellow team members. Contribute your insights, ideas, and feedback to foster acollaborative workenvironment.
Provide a warm and welcoming environment by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor. Accurately schedule reservations and efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Offer expert guidance in product selection, ensuring clients leave with products that enhance their experience and maintain their well-being.
Utilize social media to promote special events, highlight new product launches, and actively engage in marketing initiatives. Your online presence will help us reach a wider audience and create excitement around our brand.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Two years’ experience in the beauty industry:
Demonstrated expertise in the field.
One year ofleadershipexperience:
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills:
Effective communicationis essential in our guest-centric environment.
Effective time management:
Adaptabilityto changing circumstances is crucial in afast-pacedsalon and spa environment.
Open to working nights and weekends, as needed
