We are seeking a highly innovated and energetic candidate for the position of a Retail Training Assistant to be part of LOEWE, a fast-growing brand under LVMH Fashion Group. This role is based in Hong Kong.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, resourceful, possess high level of creativity and communication skills.
This is a 1-year contract role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver effective classroom and in store training relating to collections to frontline team
Develop and prepare training materials
Identify market knowledge to support frontline team in achieving goals
Manage training administration work including training records, report, vendor negotiation, workshop coordination, and e-learning tracking
Support the planning of staff engagement programs from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Min. 1 year Training experience in retail or fashion industry
Passionate with LOEWE and fashion
Familiar with retail mechanism and business driven mindset
Experienced with retail digital tools will be advantageous
Experience in facilitating in person classroom training
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
