About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Retoucher & Graphic Designer to join an in-house creative team within a fashion apparel environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to grow in both photo retouching and visual design. The role focuses on helping bring product and lifestyle imagery to life through thoughtful editing, cleanup, and refinement.
Alongside retouching work, this role will support broader creative needs across digital and print design projects, working closely with a collaborative internal team.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end image refinement and post-production for product and lifestyle photography including skin retouching, fabric cleanup, color correction, background removal, and compositing
- Ensure visual consistency across assets through color correction, cleanup, and quality enhancement
- Prepare imagery for use across e-commerce, digital marketing, and print channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing creative and brand needs
- Assist with a range of design projects including digital assets, marketing materials, and presentations
- Help maintain organized asset libraries and ensure creative files are properly managed and delivered
- Stay current on visual and design trends within fashion and digital marketing
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in retouching and/or graphic design, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with a sharp eye for detail, color, and composition
- Familiarity with Capture One and/or Lightroom
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/InDesign a plus)
- Strong understanding of visual consistency and brand storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment
- Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-directed
Portfolio Required
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing retouching work.
Before/after examples are strongly encouraged.
