Located in our Madrid office, you will report to the Post Production Manager and work closely with the Art Direction team. Your job will be to make sure that all our images are retouched to fit LOEWE’s high standards. You’ll receive detailed briefs from Art Directors and use them to understand exactly what’s needed for each project.
We are seeking aretoucherwith passion, enthusiasm, and previous experience to join our expanding team. The role entails engaging in fast-paced, high-quality retouching with a focus on accurate color correction for products, skin tones, and backgrounds.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Retouching images to match the company’s artistic style and high-quality standards.
Keeping track of project schedules and responding well to feedback from our creative teams.
Giving your own ideas to improve images and actively helping to make them better.
Sometimes working with outside studios and freelancers.
Organizing and storing finished images properly.
Making sure the colors in images are true to the actual products.
Delivering retouched images on time and according to instructions.
What you’ll need for this job:
Extensive knowledge of all Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
Wacom tablet proficient.
Strong eye for detail, perfectionist attitude.
Understand how to prioritise workflow, with an ability to work under pressure towards multiple deadlines.
Highly organized & able to multi-task.
Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently
Problem solving mentality.
5 years previous experience in retouching essential.
Photography knowledge preferable.
High level of English essential.
