Role Overview

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates – Returns to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for processing returned merchandise accurately and efficiently while ensuring inventory integrity, quality standards, and timely disposition of returned products.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to supporting an exceptional customer experience through accuracy, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Process returned merchandise using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Inspect returned products for damage, defects, wear, and resale eligibility.
• Review return information and customer service notes to ensure accurate processing.
• Enter return reasons and accurately classify merchandise based on company guidelines.
• Process Return to Sender (RTS) merchandise and other return-related transactions.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or non-sellable merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly scanning, labeling, and routing returned products.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and order information.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or returns processing experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Experience with HighJump or similar warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
