We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Aesthetic RN to join our growing team! This is a full-time position offering a lucrative opportunity with excellent benefits, professional growth, and the chance to be a part of Boston’s premier aesthetic destination.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.

Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers, with precision and expertise.

Perform advanced facial aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and skin rejuvenation procedures.

Educate clients on medical-grade skincare, treatment protocols, and post-procedure care.

Assist with laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures to enhance client results.

Ensure exceptional client care and satisfaction, helping to build strong retention and loyalty.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in aesthetic medicine.

Maintain compliance with medical and safety standards, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active RN license in MA (or ability to obtain).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, and skincare treatments.

Formal training & certification in cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers (preferred).

Experience with laser treatments is a plus, but not required.

Proven ability to achieve client retention goals through exceptional customer service and outstanding treatment results.

Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about aesthetics and continued learning.

Some team leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Look at the book of injectable work and experience or Instagram reference.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $ per year
