Responsibilities Include
Client care:
Provide a friendly, knowledgeable environment with honest advice
Complete each treatment in 30 minutes
Document client notes during treatments
Deliver personalized skincare treatments and educate clients on products and routines
Meet or exceed monthly product sales targets
Team care:
Provide feedback and collaborate with colleagues
Maintain treatment room standards and inventory
Participate in events and uphold company policies
Requirements
Valid esthetician or cosmetology license
At least 1 year of experience in a busy spa or salon
Average of $1,000+ in monthly product sales
Passion for hospitality and skincare
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Client-focused, professional, and proactive problem solver
