- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, engaging service

- Support visual merchandising and uphold Rains’ visual identity
- Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain a positive in-store vibe
- Communicate product knowledge with clarity and confidence
- Adapt to fast-paced, changing store needs, especially during busy periods
Who You Are
- Energetic, positive, and customer-obsessed
- Experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Flexible availability (including weekends & holidays)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
