THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Advisor for our brand-new store in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris. You will create a unique and memorable experience for each client, every time. With a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for people, the Sales Advisor is a relationship builder who contributes to the brand image and helps establish ALOHAS' retail leadership in the market.
YOUR CHALLENGE
ALOHAS Ambassador
- Has a solid knowledge of the brand, its story, on-demand model, and know-how — and shares it with clients and the team
- Implements all training received and is proactive in deepening product, culture, and trend knowledge
- Ensures the work area is clean, tidy, and professional at all times
Experience Creator
- Creates a tailor-made client experience, personalised for each visit and each client, using the ALOHAS experience ritual
- Builds long-lasting client relationships through consistent, thoughtful engagement
- Embraces digital and omnichannel shopping trends to deliver a seamless experience
- Co-creates moments with and for the client, blending brand culture with their personal story
Business Driver
- Knows and understands the business objectives and contributes to achieving sales targets
- Has solid operational knowledge to ensure the smooth running of the store, reporting to the Store Manager
- Monitors after-sales service requests and follows up
Team Player
- Has a positive attitude and communicates openly with the team and manager
- Treats others with respect and is willing to learn from different backgrounds and perspectives
- Shares best practices proactively and contributes to collective knowledge
- Ensures proper operation of the sales space, including VM guidelines and stock replenishment

- Retail experience and a genuine eagerness to take care of clients
- Selling skills and a performance-driven mindset
- Styling knowledge and the ability to create a complete fashion look
- Fluent English and French (mandatory)
