This is where you come in – we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our store in Antiparos, someone who shares our passion for wellness, community, and exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Experience & Community
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional and personalized experience
• Guide customers through the store as needed and help curate products suited to their needs
• Foster lasting relationships with new and returning customers
Store Operations
• Maintain high standards of store presentation according to the MA CHÉRIE aesthetic
• Support daily store operations, including managing point of sale processes
• Active involvement in the receiving of new shipments
Product Knowledge & Development
• Stay up to date with product education and information across all categories, communicating product benefits to customers clearly
Requirements
- High school degree
- Previous experience in retail (preferably in cosmetics)
- Experience in services/hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational and operational abilities
- Advanced computer skills
