Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail
We are a premium fashion store based in Patras, featuring brands such as Zadig & Voltaire, KENZO and other high-end labels.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and elevate both in-store and online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily store operations
– Deliver exceptional luxury customer service
– Lead and motivate the sales team
– Drive sales performance (store & e-shop)
– Manage and monitor e-shop operations (orders, stock coordination, customer communication)
– Maintain high-level visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
– Experience in fashion retail (luxury preferred)
– Familiarity with e-commerce / e-shop management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Digital mindset & attention to detail
– Passion for fashion and customer experience
