Key Responsibilities:
Provide an elevated client experience, demonstrating expert knowledge in luxury homeware and fine jewelry, specializing in silverware.
Passion for interior design and artisanal craftsmanship, with a strong appreciation for heritage brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering tailored recommendations and personalized service.
Drive sales and exceed targets through proactive clienteling and storytelling.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless boutique operations and uphold the brand’s prestigious image.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry, homeware, or high-end lifestyle brands.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and build long-term client relationships.
