Deliver an exceptional client experience, providing personalized service and styling advice to a discerning clientele.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
Proactively drive sales and exceed targets through strong clienteling and an engaging approach.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation and in-depth product knowledge, embodying the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.
About You:
Proven experience in luxury retail, with a strong track record in client engagement and sales.
Excellent clienteling skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and heritage.
Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).
