Role Summary

The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client service, achieving sales targets, maintaining boutique presentation standards, and supporting day‑to‑day operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, offering styling expertise and fostering long‑term client relationships in one of the world’s most exclusive shopping destinations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Experience & Sales

  • Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Roberto Cavalli brand values.
  • Greet, assist, and guide clients through personalized service, styling advice, and product storytelling.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals, KPIs, UPT, and conversion.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across all categories: RTW, accessories, leather goods, footwear, and evening wear.
  • Support clientele from diverse international backgrounds common to Bal Harbour.

2. Clienteling & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain a strong personal client book through proactive outreach, follow‑ups, and appointments.
  • Engage in clienteling activities including thank‑you notes, special invitations, and personalized product recommendations.
  • Assist in private shopping appointments, VIP hosting, and in‑store events.

3. Store Operations

  • Maintain highest standards of boutique organization, cleanliness, and back‑of‑house order.
  • Participate in inventory management: stockroom organization, replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts.
  • Follow all operational and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Ensure smooth POS processes including payments, returns, gift wrapping, and packaging to luxury standards.

4. Visual Merchandising

  • Uphold Roberto Cavalli visual standards with immaculate product displays and window arrangements.
  • Monitor stock presentation, folding, steaming, and merchandising to ensure a consistent luxury aesthetic.
  • Support seasonal floor changes and category rotations.

5. Brand Ambassadorship

  • Present yourself with impeccable grooming, professionalism, and refined communication aligned with luxury fashion norms.
  • Embody Roberto Cavalli’s identity through confident styling, product enthusiasm, and elevated service etiquette.
  • Participate in ongoing brand training, style seminars, and product workshops.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

  • 1–2+ years of luxury fashion retail experience, preferably in high‑end boutiques or premium department stores.
  • Strong understanding of luxury clientele expectations — especially international and high‑profile guests common to Bal Harbour Shops.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Professional appearance and refined personal presentation.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM/clienteling platforms (e.g., Retail Pro, Salesforce, Cegid).
  • Multilingual abilities .
  • Familiarity with luxury tourism markets and VIP clientele.
