Sales Advisor – AROMARIA London

AROMARIA is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our London team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering an exceptional luxury interior fragrance experience and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing personalised fragrance recommendations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.

• Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.

• Process transactions and maintain accurate stock levels.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Participate in product and sales training and share customer feedback.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in premium or luxury retail sales.

• Fluent in English, Arabic and Spanish.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong consultative selling and customer service skills.

• Target-driven, motivated and commercially minded.

• Previous retail or hospitality experience is highly desirable.

• Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments accurately.

• Genuine passion for fragrance and luxury lifestyle products.

• Flexible to work weekends and peak retail periods in London.
