Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Montreal, QC. The Sales Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, assist with customer service inquiries, prepare sales documents and reports, and maintain client relations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth order processing, preparing product presentations, and supporting day-to-day sales operations to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service expertise
- Effective communication and sales skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with team members and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is an asset
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is considered an advantage
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
