Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating schedules, tracking sales leads, and ensuring timely communication with clients. The role involves contributing to the preparation of proposals, maintaining accurate sales data, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain and update customer records, CRM data, and sales reports
- Support lead tracking, follow ups, and pipeline management
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and client communications
- Monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and reporting
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and customer requests
- Ensure accurate documentation and organized record keeping
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Exceptional customer service abilities to address client needs and inquiries effectively
- Experience in sales and organizational skills to manage tasks and support the sales process
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for managing sales data
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and time management skills
- Previous experience in the sales or customer service field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred
