Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in London. The Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for all clients. Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product recommendations, maintaining the visual presentation of the store, and effectively supporting the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Additionally, the role involves inventory management, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized shop floor aligned with Sandro’s standards.

- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and ensure a premium shopping experience
- Exceptional Communication and Sales skills to understand customer needs and drive store revenue
- Strong Organization and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain a well-ordered store space
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous retail or luxury brand experience is a strong advantage
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a genuine understanding of Sandro’s brand identity
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
