Role Description
IYC is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. In this on-site role, the Sales Assistant will provide essential support to the sales team, including coordinating client communication, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing documents and presentations. This role requires close collaboration with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales and organizational tasks
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac, and other relevant software
- Experience in the yachting or luxury service industry is a plus
