About Hyves Hyves is a fast-growing B2B marketplace for luxury watches. We connect dealers and buyers in a high-speed, high-value trading environment. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to join our remote team and act as the operational backbone of our sales pipeline and CRM.
The Role You will be the vital link between our matching engine and our clients. When a watch deal match occurs, you are the first point of contact. Equally important, you will be the absolute owner of our CRM (Pipedrive). Your mission is to keep our data impeccably clean, drive cold outreach, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Contact & Lead Management
- Initial Deal Matching: Act as the immediate first point of contact, sending the initial message to dealers the moment a matching request is generated.
- Cold Outreach: Handle cold lead communication using the dedicated sales phone number.
- Lead Qualification: Accurately qualify leads (hot, warm, cold) based on their interest level, urgency, and potential value.
- Client Success & Follow-up: Proactively check in with clients to ensure their experience on Hyves is running smoothly and offer any needed assistance.
CRM Management (Pipedrive) & Data Entry
- Data Hygiene: Meticulously fill in and update key information for every contact, including: Company name, Contact name, Phone number/Email address, Industry sector, and Lead source.
- Data Import: Maintain and update an Excel file with all contacted leads to ensure clean, organized imports into Pipedrive.
Task Management & Organization
- Pipeline Scheduling: Schedule and manage daily tasks, including calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
- Overdue Action Tracking: Diligently monitor overdue follow-ups, pending actions, and reminders to ensure the sales cycle never stalls.
- System Organization: Take ownership of the overall organization of the CRM system, ensuring Pipedrive is being maximized.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Daily Activity Checks: Perform routine daily audits of all sales activities within the CRM.
- Pipeline Tracking: Monitor overall pipeline progress and track the evolution of active deals.
- Data Reporting: Extract and share simple, clear reports detailing lead volume, active deals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with the executive team.
Requirements
- CRM Expertise: Strong experience working with CRMs is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of Pipedrive is a massive advantage.
- Exceptional Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable speaking with B2B clients in the luxury sector.
- Highly Organized: You are obsessed with structure. You spot messy data and immediately want to clean it up. Excel and data entry tasks are second nature to you.
- Self-Starter: You don't just wait for tasks; you proactively look for ways to optimize the pipeline and keep leads engaged.
