We are looking for a sales assistant (full time) as soon as possible for our team in Stockholm.
The position expects:
– Welcome the customers, advise and guide a demanding clientele
– Develop the turnover by promoting our products and by developing customer loyalty with specific advices
– Run the shop by keeping the standards on the shop floor and in the stockroom
– Be a brand ambassador and contribute to the development of the image of the brand
We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with an extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident styling clients.
You understand and represent the luxury lifestyle image of Zadig&Voltaire.
• Demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant within a luxury brand
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrable sales skills
• Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt client needs
• Demonstrates respect and politeness and regularly exceeds customer expectations
• Shows innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards
